How to add a sentiment tracker

In a  CC webinar today they mentioned adding a Sentiment Tracker, but I can not seem to see any directions on how to do this.  I would not be adding code, but a drag and drop button.  Does this exist?

At this time, we do not have a sentiment tracker functionality built-into the email builder. You'd either need to use a separate system to generate your own link tracking, link to a survey page, or insert a poll block.
