Please let me know how to change footer in the survey?

I want to remove the extra commas.

It looks like there was some issues in the organizational details of your My Account page, which caused the erroneous spaces and commas. I was able to correct the issue, however you'll need to make a new copy / remake the survey in order for the corrected footer to display.
