How to disable sign-up to Constant Contact with the sign-up page

ChansonL3
Rookie

Hi! I am creating a sign-up page and I am having trouble because when the QR is scanned, it asks the user to sign up for Constant Contact first. Thus, makes it a hassle for the user especially that we are doing this at a confernce.

Can someone help me and if this can be disabled? Thanks!

Hello @ChansonL3 ,

Can you elaborate at all on what QR code you're referring to? The landing page sign up form doesn't have a generate QR code functionality, so I'm wondering if it's an incompatible element with a 3rd party QR generator you might be running into.
