There might be a few ways to do what you're describing:

• Include an RSVP block in an email. This is mainly a "yes" or "no" setup, so it wouldn't have time scheduling associated with it however.
• Include a poll block in an email with the "poll options" being the time slots available.
• Create an event, and send out an invitiation email through that, so people can fully register for the event- including time slot selection via addons or tickets.
• If you're on some kind of scheduling program, you could link to it in your email via the standard text, button, or image linking options.
