Hi All,

I am having trouble linking any video to my CC email blast. I receive an error saying " Oops! We can't find that link. Check the URL or reach out to our support team for more information." ....

I've tried original URL as well as shortened URL.. I am also not using any VPNs or browser extensions that would be preventing the link from being accessible. HELP!

Hello @ElenaM20 ,

Due to sizing restrictions for sending emails in general, embedding / attaching videos in emails sent through us simply won't be possible without major changes to the infrastructure of email as a whole. You won't be able to include the full video, nor a preview. Linking to your Insta video is just that, nothing else.

The closest to a "preview" would be the image-linking method, where you can at least use a thumbnail as the image. This would require you upload the image to your account, insert it into your email, then link to the video via that image.

Hello @ElenaM20 ,

Are you trying to add the Insta video via a video block, or are you actually linking it through one of the regular methods: text, image, or button? The reason I ask is that some social platforms that allow for video hosting are not compatible with the video block, including Instagram.

I see! Thank you William. So I am trying to upload/link the instagram video via video block. What would be the best way to upload it since it is not compatible that way? I want the video to show a preview on the email blast. If I "insert text link" will it still show the instagram video preview?

Thanks!!
