Invalid access token

Hello:

I have a form on my site that was working fine for years. Then I get this error:

401: Invalid access token: a4ca29f9-2d9a-4e46-aa14-3bad442fa3b5

the form is here:

That form has been working great for years generating about 3-4 leads per day. Then it stopped working on January 3.

i get emails with this:

Contact Operation failed:

I am using Ninja pop up forms that is connected to my constant contact.

Hi @DanG7,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Ninja pop-up forms is a third-party integration that we do not have control or insight over directly. It's possibly an issue with the API token between Ninja and Constant Contact (the only information I can find on an integration between Ninja and Constant Contact is that the third-party Zapier tool is needed). Have you reached out to Ninja already?

I have also reached out to someone on my end to see if they have any additional insight on the matter, but in the mean time, I'd also check with Ninja. When I hear back from them I'll reply back to this thread. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply. Do you know where I would go to generate the API token? Is that something that CC generates or does Ninja Pop up generate? Also, where should it be pasted? And yes, I did reach out to them but no reply. Thanks!

I meant to reply back that it looks like you had also reached out to our API Developer support directly, which is the same person I was reaching out to for assistance. They said they would follow up with you through that channel. Did you end up hearing from them? If not, please let me know and I'll follow up with that team.
