I am trying to do the math here.... I did a campaign of 5 different emails going out 2-3 days apart to the same list. (Drip campaign). The first email had a 22% open rate. The second had 100% open rate but these are the numbers. How did Constand Contact calculate that?

I am trying to understand the math here.... I did an email campaign of 5 emails, about 2 work days apart. Of the 678 that were sent, 414 opened but CC calculated a 100% open rate. How can this be right? see below. This was for the 2nd email of 5. First one had 22% open rate.

Hello @Corrie23 ,
I'd advise calling in so an agent can go through your email's reporting more thoroughly with you live. The 100% open rate, alongside the massive number of bounces is indicating either severe spam filtering / ISP issues, or some other issue regarding how your contacts' email programs are engaging with the emails.
