Is there a way to share out the "update profile" form in a regular email?

We are working on a donor welcome series that will be triggered by our database software, not an constant contact email. Is there a way to share out that link to the "update profile" form in a way that stands alone from a constant contact email? They way we can share out our mailing list sign up form? (I'd like the message we send to say "join our mailing list here, or update your preferences here" with two different links. Any ideas? Thanks!
