Is there a way to use the Read More block without having to have a picture?

At this time the Read More block functions akin to similar layout blocks, where all the elements are built-in (borders, text, image, etc.). With that said, if you're wanting to achieve a similar effect, you can throw a text block or two and a button block together, and achieve the same effect as a "Read More" without the image portion.
