We are trying to link our business PayPal account to an Event in Constant Contact.  We've done this in previous years when we held the event.  This time it's asking for "beneficial owners" and other information that it never has before.  How can we bypass this to link PayPal to our event?

Hello @AnnaF53 ,

This is typically caused by an issue with the type of business info for a PayPal account. For more info regarding what you've been getting asked, PayPal has the following articles:

If your organization doesn't use beneficial owners, we'd advise double-checking your PayPal account's Business Type is listed correctly, and hasn't received some odd change recently. Beneficial owner only applies to certain Business Types. (Account Settings (cog icon) > About the Business > Business Information > Update > Edit (near your business photo/avatar > Business Type).

Ultimately, we'd advise working with Paypal to confirm that the account is set up correctly and is up-to-date. Missing key information could prevent the account from accepting future payments, even when linked through 3rd party programs (in this case us).
