I used a campaign template with a link but when I clicked the link to open it, it appears as a download in the upper right hand side of my desktop. Is this a new way links appear now? Previously, they just popped up on the screen without having to access your download folder. Please help!
Thank you,

Hello @ElaineR661 ,
This is entirely dependent on the settings of the email program, browser, and device. On mobile email apps, a clicked document link will typically download the file. On desktops, whether the linked file downloads, redirects, or both is entirely dependent different settings between all those systems. This isn't something that can be set for the email link itself.
