Hello!
I have a lot of lists within my account. I have lists for many things and then I have an ALL list. If I select an email to go to every single list in my account, will the email be duplicated if John Doe is both in List A and in List B...meaning...Will John Doe receive 2 of the same emails or is CC smart enough to know to only send his email 1 email even though he is listed on several lists? Does someone know this answer? Thank you for your help in advance!
Sincerely,
Katie
Hello @user06397 ,
If you're sending a single email to multiple lists, the system checks for unique email addresses on all the lists to only send one copy of the email.
