Hello A couple times a year I run a giveaway campaign in order to grow my email list. I usually end up getting a few of my repeat customers, that are already on my email list, entering the giveaway. When they enter this new giveaway list all of their previously collected information (mainly their mailing address for sending orders) is lost. Is there something I can change in my setting so I can merge a contacts information each time they subscribe to a list rather that have it overridden?

Hello @TracyM959 ,
There isn't anything inherently within your account you can do to prevent this, short of just not asking for contacts' physical addresses in the sign up form. Sign-up forms and re-importing contacts is setup so that you or the contacts themselves can overwrite their previous info with new info associated with their email address (names, physical address, custom fields, etc.)
