Can we recover our contact list that was lost due to inactivity on the platform? I wish we had received and email alerting us that this will happen.

Hello @RayW107 ,

 

I checked your account, and all contacts and email campaigns are still there from when you originally cancelled. There's been no recent contact activity, and our backend records show no recent removals of contacts.

 

We can guarantee an account's data will be maintained for up to 120 days after cancellation. After that time, it'll enter a queue for purging. Our system will always send an automated email to the account's primary address 30 days prior to it actually being purged. If you login and pay for a subscription prior to that purge, your data will be maintained, and it'll be automatically removed from the purge queue. If you need reminders of how cancellation works, or have other general billing-related inquiries, make sure to check our Community's Billing FAQ.
