Currently, we have to select one by one to delete if we only want to delete bounce due to one reason. It is unrealistic when we have 22,000 bounces at times.

You can sort out bounced contacts based on their individual types, and then select-all that view. For guidance on managing bounces, please see our main article on the topic.
