Need to be able to send to "additional email" addresses.

When we email to husband & wife, the wife is an "additional email address". We need to be able to send to those addresses as well.

Unique contacts are derived from unique email addresses. If you need to send to an email address using our system, it needs to be imported as its own contact. This has to be done for both compliance (i.e. anti-spam and reporting) and billing purposes.
