Our company is UK based. It doesn't seam that I can change the date format even though all the region/time zone information is set to the UK.
Everywhere I have looked its showing that this is not a feature that the CRM is capable of? It is crazy to me that there isn't an option to see the date in your local format. That seams such an elementary and fundamental account setting. This could easily create so much margin for error when it comes to invoicing, assigning tasks, and reporting on pipeline. The CRM is meant to make life easier not harder!

Welcome to Constant Contact. At this time, changing the default date format in accounts isn't currently available.
Can you elaborate on what it is you're looking to do regarding your contacts? Have you had a chance to review the available features on the plans & pricing page in your account, or on our main pricing page, to see if what you're planning to do with your contacts matches up with the system's functions?
