Hello ,
we have some records in contact list but its not showing in contact list and when we export same contact list record
then that record present in Excel sheet
so what is the reason why its not showing in contact list
please advice

Hello @CT_Community_Nonprofit_Alliance ,
I'd advise calling our general support or replying directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this reply with some examples of contacts, so we can securely collect that info and investigate further. From what I gather, your issue is that certain contacts don't show on a list when viewed through the website, but do show in exported files of the list, is that correct?
