Open Answer & Numeric Scale Survey Options Not Working

Hi there, I'm experimenting with your survey tools to see if they will be useable for our needs and see what appears to be a glitch in your system. It won't let me edit the lower and upper range to say "poor" and "excellent" in the numeric scale format, nor will it allow me to make a question required. I save it all as such and there is no change after the fact. I also only seem to be able to add a question after I've just edited a question. If I've edited any other aspect of the survey (setting, intro/outro text, pictures), I lose any button that says "add question" and have to fake "edit" a question in order to get it to come back up at the top. When I go to add a question via the top button option, it also doesn't actually change the format of the question. If I ask for an open text box for example, it gives me 3 answer boxes. I was only able to build my survey by using the "add question" boxes/options from the lefthand tool bar, which have now all gone away and I can't seem to see how to get them back. I took screenshots but don't see an option to add images to this text box. Thank you for any assistance!

I'd advise calling our general support so they can screenshare your Constant Contact browser tab, and troubleshoot the issues you're describing live, or provide more explicit insight when viewing your editing process.
