Why do I see this message every time I log in?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @HendersonUMC. This messaging appears when someone is logged in for a period of time and no activity is detected. If your account was open in multiple browser windows or tabs (or on other computers), we'll also log you out of the account.
If this isn't the case, then the messaging may be appearing due to a caching issue where we will hold on to prior login activity. Please see this article on clearing a web browser's cache. This action may log you out of all accounts that you are signed into across your browser, not just Constant Contact, so you will want to keep this in mind.
