I certainly apologize that you are running into this - this is a defect that we are seeing with certain accounts. Our engineering team is working to fix it, and I can certainly have them reach back out to you with any updates we have on this.
The polls are included only in the Email Plus plan at this time, but there may be something our support team can do to work around this for you. I would recommend giving them a call at 866-289-2101 and asking that they reference the most recent case on your account. I will leave notes in there, and they may be able to work with our technical department to get the polls working for you this time.
