Hi anyone having the same problem with sending press releases. Have sent msg to customer support: Could you help - our press releases won't send, it's stopped recognising our email addresses as verified. Thanks We keep getting error messages even though our email addresses on the verified list have worked fine before. Thanks

Based on the error message, you'll need to check your account's self-authentication, and correct any errors in its setup. If you need more insight on the issue, I'd advise calling our Delivery team for direct assistance.
