An account rep would be awesome. We spend almost 6 figures annually with Constant Contact and to have to wait on hold through various transfers for over an hour is a waste of time when I need something that takes 5 minutes to help. We used to have a dedicated account executive - where's this level of service?

Partner support has dedicated phone and email support - available in your partner portal - and dedicated boards in the Community under the Partners tab above. You can also find available Partner-specific resources in our Knowledge Base (also available via the Help tab of your accounts).
