Reading RSVP block data in an Event

user352490

I have been experimenting with creating events, but I don't always want to sell a ticket so I have added a RSVP block into my event invite (as this was an option). Now that I have sent the invite however, there doesn't seem to be an option to view the RSVP responses in the reporting section of the email ( because it is an event email?). So although I can see the number of opens, and clicks, I can't see how to view how each member responded (i.e. Attending, Maybe, Decline). Is there a way that I can view this? Thank you.

Hello @user352490 ,

I'm sorry, but there is no such option. My suggestion would be to utilize the registration form designed for the event if your goal is to gather registrations. Alternatively, you could send a regular email outside of the event to gauge interest or compile a list of potential contacts before sending out the official invitation.

Thanks for your quick reply. It would be helpful if either a) this was an option because it would be nice to not always have to have someone click through to an event page and purchase a ticket to respond to an invite (you lose people on multiple steps); or b) don't allow the option to build an RSVP block in an event email if there is no option to read the reports - as it is confusing and misleading. But I appreciate the quick response.
