I would like to follow up on my previously submitted inquiry. Regarding the reason why there is missing data from first_opened_at when the data for first_click_at is available. How can the recipient first click the email if they have not opened it?

Hello @IVYUSA ,

If the contact / their email program doesn't allow images to download before they start clicking in it, then we will be able to capture the click based on the tracking rewrite, but the open wouldn't be captured since the 1x1 transparent pixel used to do so wasn't allowed to "display."

For more info on how opens are tracked, please see our main article on the topic

Hello William_A,

Thank you for clarifying this inquiry.

We have another one when reviewing the customer open times, which time zone is the open time data in? The data is in a 24-hour format but does not indicate the time zone (ET, CT, MT, PT). How can we verify this information?

The time is based on your account's set time zone.
