I've created a sign up form to sign up on a tablet at my museum and would like it to return to the form after someone signs up. Help please!

If you're planning to use a tablet, I'd recommend either using the ListBuilder app, or another 3rd party sign up form app designed for mobile devices like tablets. The normal landing page and coded forms in your account are meant more for adding to regular websites, sharing direct links to, etc.
