I created a Constant Contact account so I could ask this question. I'm trying to register for a conference on a Constant Contact registration form, and it keeps telling me my email address is not in a valid format. The TLD of my domain is .digital - is this not acceptable? How do I register for the event?

Hi @VikkiB4. .digital is not a domain that we accept. You will need to use an email that ends in a more common domain like .com or .org

This doesn't make sense. You can sign up for Constant Contact with newer TLDs (in my case, .consulting). Why would the registration form not accept newer TLDs if you can actually sign up for a Constant Contact account with them?
Thank you! It makes no sense at all. I don’t want to have to set up a throwaway email just to register for an event.
Thank you for the feedback @VikkiB4. We've noted this in your account and sent it to our Events team. We can't guarantee that the tool will be updated to accept these types of domains in the future but we understand how it would be useful for you.
