Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.
If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If you have a request to remove the logo, please reach out to one of our available support channels, such as by making a new thread in the Community's Questions & Discussions board.

The logo has been removed from your account. If you are currently logged into your account you will need to log out and then back in to see the change. This will take effect on all draft emails and new emails created from now on. Any previously sent emails will still have the logo within the footer.

I have an account with Constant Contact and would like the "Safe Unsubscribe" LOGO removed from the footer of my emails. I want to keep the unsubscribe links and wording the same, I just want the green checkmark logo removed. As the account holder, I give permission for the customization department to do this.

It looks like the Constant Contact logo has been removed from your account already. The extra customization of removing the Safe Unsubscribe logo would need to go through our Custom Services team. I did see that they currently have an open case to reach out to you about this, so you should be hearing from them soon.

The footer is now removed from your account. Just in case you are not aware, this affects all draft emails and future emails created. If you are currently logged into your account and see the logo in the footer, you should see it update after logging out and then back in.
