Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.
If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If you have a request to remove the logo, please reach out to one of our available support channels, such as by making a new thread in the Community's Questions & Discussions board.

The logo in the footer has been removed from your account. If you are currently logged in you will need to log out and then back in to refresh the account and see the change.

We've removed our branding from the footer of your emails. You may need to log out of your account then back in to see this reflected. It will remain on any emails that have already been sent out but your future emails won't have our logo on them.
I've logged out and loged in back. When I go "create" and select a template I still see the logo in the footer. Please advise

I apologize about that. I just went ahead and re-did the steps to remove the logo from the footer of your emails. I also took a look in your account itself and it appears as though the logo is now gone. It should not re-appear on any future campaigns that you create. Could you please log out and back in and let us know if you still see the footer in newly created campaigns? If so, I'll open a ticket to get this looked into further for you. Thank you!

Thank you for posting here! I just took a look at your account and I found that this morning one of our support representatives was able to remove the logo from the footer of your emails. Chat or a phone call are normally the fastest options for support, along with our Twitter support handle @CTCTHelp, but they are only available during our business hours. If you find that it is outside of our business hours you can always send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com and we'll attend to it as soon as we're back in the office. Thank you!

I removed the logo from your emails which also will remove it from your event invites. You should not be seeing the logo on your registration form or Homepage so you should be all set.
