Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.
If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If you have a request to remove the logo, please reach out to one of our available support channels, such as by making a new thread in the Community's Questions & Discussions board.

Thank you. I appreciate your help. The logo is gone from the footer section, but now when I try to remove the "forward this email" link it gives me a syntax error. Any assistance with this issue would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry to hear about the error, what browser are you working in? I took a look in your account at one of your most recent emails and was able to uncheck the forward option without seeing the error. I did this in a copy of your email if you want to take a look. It is called "CCWomen's Conference 2013".
If possible, please test in another browser to see if the same thing happens.
