Renaming a list doesn't update in inline Wordpress contact form

My Wordpress site has the shortcode for the inline form like [ctct form="4439" show_title="false"] I renamed my list but it doesn't update in my form and I don't see an option to 'refresh' it anywhere. I've purged my WP cache but no update.

Hi @RickD411. Have you removed and reinserted the inline form from your site? I'd also try recreating the list in your account to see if it will populate.
