Hi there, Can you please send me instructions on how to change which email address is under "reply to" when we send out newsletters? It's currently connected to an email address that is no longer active for an old employee. I couldn't find these instructions in your FAQ section. Thanks in advance.

Hello @KathyZ8 ,
You can edit an email's reply-to address in the email builder by clicking on the header area, or when you're scheduling the email. Any addresses verified on your account will be available to select for a reply-to address.
For instructions on removing the former employee's address, where potentially applicable, your account owner can follow along with these guides (also available via the Help tab in your account):

Is there a way to change the default address? Ours somehow got changed but we can't figure out how to change it back.

Hello @AnnB71 ,
You'd just select a different address you've verified for your account. If you're using our authentication, you'd need to set up a ccsend version of that address. If you're self-authenticated, the verified address would have to be one that matches that domain.
