I created a SMS campaign and scheduled it for last Thursday afternoon. When I check my email Friday am to see results, there was no email. So, I logged in to my account, the SMS campaign was "re"-scheudled to Friday at 2:35 pm. I did not change this. And I do not have another team member. I did not work over the weekend, and check my email on Monday, still no campaign resutls. Logged into Constant Contact, SMS camppaign now scheduled for Monday at 5:15pm. However, it is 9:35pm, the campaign never sent, and is still "schedueld" for Monday @5:15 pm (4 hours ago) Wat the heck is going on? I pay lots of extra money to have this add on....
