On 12/11 I created and scheduled an SMS message for a client's event to be sent out on Thursday, December 14th at 10 AM CST. (The day of the event 12/14 to inform their customers) The constant Contacts platform said it was sent, however, we never received the information until Friday 12/15 at 1:05 PM CST. I need answers on why this was not sent out when it was originally scheduled in the system. The reporting says it was but IT WASNT. HELP.
