I have been using this tool to sort my emails for YEARS and it broke about 2 weeks ago. Please fix! LONGTIME customer - 20 years. I would truly appreciate someone looking into this. I've called twice.
See screenshot below. I type in Kirby's in the search bar and hit enter. I want to see all the Kirby's emails I've sent for the last 90 days but the data in the search doesn't change. This started happening about 2 weeks ago, making it difficult for me to see which geographic subscriber lists got which emails.
Could someone please address this?

This is an issue our devs are tracking at the moment. For future Community users visiting this page, this is the error message being looked into:
If you're experiencing this error message when searching for a campaign, please call or chat with our support teams, or email us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com, and provide:
- the exact name(s) of the campaign(s) being searched for
- the search terms used
We do not have an ETA on a fix at this time, nor do we have any further insight, beyond the devs collecting the troubleshooting info requested above.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our higher level technical team is going to investigate this further, and will be following up via email with an update regarding their troubleshooting. I've also asked that they ping me when an update is available, so I can update this thread accordingly. They should be following up within the next 1 (one) business day.
