Second Ticket Type Not Showing

Just before our event reached capacity, I added a second ticket type to track a waitlist. The new ticket is 'available' and I can see it while editing, but it doesn't appear when you try to register. The page shows no tickets at all. Please advise!

Hello @user714463 ,

 

I can clearly see the ticket while viewing the registration form, even in incognito mode. Are you still not seeing it when you go to the registration link?
