Hi,

Say that I offer a free book if someone signs up for my email list. Is that possible? If so, how is it done? I can't find anything on this in the knowledge base.

Hi @haevents ,

You can certainly send out a free book to someone that signs up for your email list. Provided that you have that book in PDF or Word Doc format, you can attach the book to a welcome email that automatically sends out to your new contacts.

Hi @CarolynS3320,

You could upload an image file (JPG or PNG) of the book cover to your Library and then drop it in your email template. Plus, you can make the image clickable if you want people to click on the image and initiate the download of the PDF file.
