Hi everyone, can I cancel a scheduled reminder email to non-openers? Or my more targeted question is: can I modify the content of the reminder email to non-openers? If so, how is that accomplished? Thank you, Elaine

Hello @ElaineR661. Yes, you can cancel a scheduled resend to non-openers from the Details tab of your campaign. To answer your second question, resends cannot be edited before they are sent. You would need to create a list of non-openers from the Did Not Open report, copy the email, make your edits, and then send the email to the list.

Can some provide a step by step process of how to send out a third reminder after sending out two previous emails, Thanks
Can anyone provide a step by step process of sending out a third reminder to non openers of the first two sent out emails? Thanks.
Hello @Blinden0122 ,
At that point, you have two options:
1) Resend the initial email as is, without any changes, to the Did Not Open report via the Quicksend functionality.
2) Make a list from the Did Not Open report, copy the email, make any necessary changes, then send that copied email to the DNO list.
