Sending to a segment with the new interface

We are trying to send a campaign to a segment but it is only giving us the option to send to a list. Is there any other way to send an email campaign to a segment without turning the segment into a list?

I checked your accounts, and I'm not able to recreate the issue when I go to emails' scheduling pages. All of them have the option to toggle Lists and Segments at the top. If you refresh the page, does it display those options as expected? If you access your account via your browser's Incognito / Private mode, does it resolve the issue on your end?

I just went back in and it's allowing me to toggle now. Very odd as it didn't even show segments as an option before, but it's resolved now! Thank you.
