I have to send a survey to some people who do not use email. Is there a way to send it by text?

You can copy your survey's share link and put that in text messages, same as posting on websites and social platforms. Do keep in mind that surveys shared outside of emails are unable to capture contact info, unless you explicitly require open answer questions asking for such info in the survey.
