Sorting Bounces By List

We're currently having an issue with unusually high bounce rates, especially with junk emails and emails that don't exist. We get our emails from a number of sources, which we've sorted into different lists. We're trying to figure out where these bad emails are coming from and if there is one particular source giving us trouble. When viewing the list of bounced emails, it lets me see the total but can't filter them by source! Viewing the individual lists doesn't show me which ones have bounced recently, either. Does anybody know of a way I can gather this info?

Hello @old96 ,

The best way to go about distilling this info would be to add your bounces to a newly created list. Simply go to an email's bounce report, select-all the bounces by clicking the topmost checkmark box, then go to Actions > Add to list > Create new list, then add the bounces after naming the new list. If you're wanting to pull from multiple emails, you can perform the same steps except creating a new list.

From there you can view the list in your Contacts tab, and view the Sources (click Sources to change the sorting order). If Sources isn't a visible column option, you can add it to your view.
