Survey not able to submit

We have set up a survey and have had many people say that they get to the end and hitting  complete survey button doesn't work. We have gotten response so it is working.

I'd advise calling in at this point for your survey. If there's issues with both you being able to set questions as non-mandatory ahead of activating it, as well as with respondents submitting, then we'll need to troubleshoot further live.

Are the survey respondents getting an explicit error message, or is the issue that the submit button is just wholly responsive on their side? Are you getting their full responses, or just partial responses? Is the issue also occurring for you, or does it only seem to occur with respondents using a particular browser, ad/pop-up blocker, or browser extension?

Hi William,

They do not get an error message they just can't submit. Some say they have used chrome.

I do not see any responses by them. It looks like nothing that they have answered gets submitted.

Also we can't edit the survey to have Nonmandatory questions. Every time we change it the save doesn't work so the questions go back to being mandatory.

responders are reporting unable to submit the survey, I tried myself getting the following message
