I use Constant Contact to send email blasts promoting concerts for my organization -- a local orchestra. When I enter a body of text into my email, it looks fine on the desktop but the mobile will show bizarre formatting where some lines of text will have huge random spaces, words get cut in half by an unnecessary and seemingly random line b
reak, etc making the email unattractive and off-putting on mobile, which is where many of our contacts view these messages. (examples synthesized in this message)
I've tried clearing the text formatting and re-introducing it, changing the justification, changing the size of the text, but this keeps happening when I send myself the test message.
Any help is welcome.
Hello @StephanieJ606 ,
When I sent a test of several of your most recent emails to myself, they all showed as Previewed in my Gmail app.
Is this occurring in all email apps you have access to, or just one in particular? Is there any setting in your app(s) that would be changing how emails are displayed, or changing fonts / sizing at all?
We’re here to help you grow. With how-to tutorials, courses, getting-started guides, videos and step-by-step instructions to start and succeed with Constant Contact.
