Hi, Could you please tell me how do I get the text to show over a divider box? Can I put the text box over the divider layer? Or is there another way to do this? please inform. thank you.

A divider block is just a line, it can't be typed into, no matter how thick you make it. If you're wanting a similar effect, I'd advise just doing a regular text block, a heading layout, or a section heading layout, and having the fill color be whatever you wanted the divider color to be.

I'm sorry but how do I change the fill color, all I see is change the font color, highlight color, etc.
