We need four response options for our RSVP block that we are adding to an email. I ahve three added, and am not able to add a fourth. Is that not an option with our particular subscription?

At this time the RSVP block only allows up to 3 options. If you're wanting more options, I'd advise using a combination of a regular text block for displaying info and a poll block to capture selections.
