I just spent so much time creating an email template to find out it's not saved along with my other email templates & I'm not able to send even a test to myself due to this error message
"Unable to save campaign (try modifying message settings first"
This process took up so much of my time & energy to build & I am not happy that I just spent all that time. Constant Contact get your stuff together!

Hello @AlexisG88 ,
Please call our general support for live troubleshooting, and to provide your results and answers to the following troubleshooting questions and steps:
- Are you using a VPN? If so, please try disabling the VPN. Which VPN program/service are you using?
- Try another network, if available - i.e. another wifi or switching to mobile data.
- What security program are you using? Does safelisting help?
- Are other computers affected, or just one?
- Are other browsers affected, or just one?
- If just one browser is affected, does incognito/private mode help? If so, please list the browser extensions you have active on your regular browser.
The reason why we need this information is to find a commonality between these reports and pinpoint what causes the error because it is not easily reproducible on our end. If you're unable to call in, please email us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with answers and results of the above troubleshooting steps.
