On unsubscribed accounts - sometimes the unsubscribed date shows up in the engagement summary but other times they do not - even though the account is listed as unsubscribed in the Email Status column. Can you explain the difference?
Hi @AmyJ15. Without having examples, we can't say exactly why this is the case. Our support team can further investigate the cause of the date not showing under the engagement history by running some backend reporting. Please call our support team with examples of contacts where the unsubscribe date is missing
