Segmenting by birthday

We have a large list from an online ordering platform but it doesn't not have birthdays, any suggestions of how to update this or do we have to start over?

Hi @SocialBee ,

Certainly! If you have an excel sheet with the birthdays, you can upload the file into Constant Contact, and it will add the Birthday field onto the existing contact records. That would be the easiest way to accomplish that - otherwise, the birthdays would need to be added manually to each individual contact record.

I have uploaded my list, with birthdays from Excel to Constant Contact but the birthday field for all individuals is blank. I've also uploaded information from our database and have the same problem. Any suggestions as to why this is not working?
