Many of the pictures that I try to upload will not do so. I assume that they are too big (too many pixel) but not sure.

What can I do when they will not upload?

Hello @RinaW6,

If you see an error message on top of the picture you are attempting to upload, you can scroll over it to see why it is not uploading. Once you know the reason why you will be able to know how to fix it in order to upload again. Click on this helpful article here to know how to prepare an image for upload. Thanks!

Thank you. I was able to shrink them to a smaller size and they uploaded ... sideways.

Hello @RinaW6,

That is good to hear! You can rotate them in our image editor before or after placing them in a campaign. Thanks!
