Why am I not allowed to change my Username? This a "rookie status" thang?

Hello @user69083 

 

You can change your Community screen name online within the My Account section of your Constant Contact account.

 

To change your screen name:

  1. Log into your Constant Contact account; click on the account name in the top-right of the navigation bar and choose My Account.
  2. On the right under Profile details, click Edit.
  3. Enter your new screen name under Community screen name.
  4. Click Save to complete the change.

Not the area I'm talking about. Why am I user69083 and unable to change it in the "Community" area

The community username is linked in your Constant Contact account settings and must be changed there. Right now we cannot change screen names directly in the community; it must be done over in your account. Apologies for the inconvenience.
